Τhe HR Business Partner will :

• Coordinate with external payroll providers to manage information flow (e.g., new hires, departures, leave) and oversee monthly payroll accuracy.
• Keep the internal HR system updated with relevant personnel, recruitment, training, and other essential information.
• Assist in implementing and leading HR strategy projects with support from external HR partners.
• Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters such as organizational structure, recruitment, performance management, talent development, compensation, and company policies.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, oversee the recruitment process, conduct HR interviews, assist in candidate selection, and manage job offers.
• Execute the annual performance management process, offering advice and support to leadership and employees throughout the year.
• Participate in performance calibration meetings, supplying necessary information to managers and contributing the HR perspective to decision-making.
• Discuss and monitor learning and development needs, track progress on individual development plans, and collaborate with the learning and development team.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a strong organizational culture and enhancing the employee experience.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with employees to stay informed about workplace matters.

The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner position should have:

• Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Familiarity with various human resources areas, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Quick ability to grasp and apply the business strategies and objectives being implemented.
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, diagnose and resolve employee issues affecting business performance
• Ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organisation
• Knowledge of operational HR topics
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
