This job is support for a global leader in premium bicycle manufacturing, known for innovative designs and high-performance bikes in road, mountain, gravel, and urban cycling categories.

The company is dedicated to delivering top-quality bikes directly to consumers, combining precision engineering with exceptional value for cycling enthusiasts worldwide.

Your responsabilities:

• Handling incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails from German-speaking customers.
• Identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction when purchasing or using products.
• Providing accurate and detailed information about our range of bicycles and accessories.
• Documenting customer interactions and managing customer accounts.
• Building long-term relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

Our expectations:

• You speak German in proficiency
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You already live in Greece and want to work from home
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Enjoy selling and dealing with people, previous sales knowledge is not required

Main duties:

• Possible start date: 05.06
• Fully remote work system from all over the Greece
• Working schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00-20:00 (Greek time - 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week)
• Weekends are always off!
• Full time, fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
• Private life & health insurance effective from day 1 of employment (including eyecare and dental care)

• Previous experience is not required, training is provided at the beggining of work

Competitive salary and bonuses:

• Basic salary: 1200 gross + 2 additional salaries per year
• Project bonus: 50 gross/month
• Performance bonus up to 180 gross/month

• ANNIVERSARY BONUS - after every 1 year with us - 500 gross
