Office Manager

Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should be a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking and leadership skills.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar Office Manager role, ideally within a group of companies or corporate setting.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate office functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee administrative staff, provide guidance, and manage workload distribution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Ensure all office activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and send out invoices to clients, ensuring timely payments.
• Monitor and record office expenses, ensuring they align with the budget.
• Oversee payroll processing, including overtime, and deductions.
