Η MANDYNAMIC αναζητά Μάγειρες για κάθε βαθμίδα εκ μέρους μεγάλου Ομίλου που δραστηριοποιείται στον τομέα της εστίασης και του τουρισμού για το νέο τους Εστιατόριο στη Λεμεσό,
Κύπρου για μόνιμη μετεγκατάσταση.
Στο ρόλο σου ως μάγειρας θα έχεις την ευκαιρία να εργαστείς σε έναν αναπτυσσόμενο οργανισμό και ένα δημιουργικό περιβάλλον που υπηρετεί υψηλές αξίες και αρχές.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Άμεση μετεγκατάσταση στην Λεμεσό, Κύπρος
- Υπηκοότητα από χώρα της Ε.Ε. ή να υπάρχει άδεια διαμονής και εργασίας για την Κύπρο σε ισχύ
- Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα
- Οργάνωση και επαγγελματισμός
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας ή/και ελληνικής
- Προϋπηρεσία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στον χώρο της εστίασης
Αρμοδιότητες:
- Προετοιμασία των πρώτων υλών
- Εκτέλεση όλων των απαραίτητων εργασιών για τη σωστή οργάνωση και προετοιμασία του μενού
- Συνεργασία με όλα τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της κουζίνας
- Έλεγχος των προϊόντων για την ποιότητά τους
- Τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας στους χώρους της κουζίνας
- Εκτέλεση παρασκευών πιάτων ζεστής και κρύας κουζίνας
- Ικανότητα ιεράρχησης εργασιών και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Ταχεία εκτέλεση εργασιών χωρίς εκπτώσεις στην ποιότητα
