The 5* luxury hotel, SAINT SUITES OIA is currently recruiting for season 2025:
Front Office Agent The reception / front desk is the guest's first impression and first interaction in person with the hotel, and what the hotel represents. We are looking for inspired individuals with experience that are team players and want to boost their CV. Responsibilities- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and escalate to hotel manager when needed
- Record information in the logbook daily and our PMS (Pylon)
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Promote property venues, such as F&B, Spa, Yachting, etc.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant position at a 5-star hotel
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to keep focused and calm under pressure
- Deliver guest-oriented services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills of both Greek and English language. Additional languages will be considered as an asset
- Team player
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge or previous experience with Hotelier PMS systems – Pylon in particular will be considered an asset
- knowledge of the island and the activities of Santorini is a plus
