Your mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer success team as a Customer Success Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the solutions and support they require to achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main contact point for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to the Ariadne platform.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and t roubleshoot issues timely .
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously improve the customer experience based on customer feedback .
- Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell goals.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Tech-savvy, ability to quickly learn new technologies .
- E xperience in customer success, account management, or customer support will be considered a plus
