• Drive and coordinate business support activities across the region.
• Manage customer contracts, pricing, and related documentation.
• Coordinate projects and oversee activities within specific areas or departments.
• Support various cases and initiatives, including market strategies and new product introductions.
• Ensure timely communication of changes in pricing or product details to both customers and internal teams.
• Develop reports, identify opportunities in the supply chain, and manage marketing insights and CRM system utilization.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

For the position of Business Operations Specialist you will need to have:

• Previous field experience preferred, ranging from junior to senior level.
• Preferred experience in business operations or commercial support, along with customer service experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Excellent computer skills in Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
