The Services Junior Product Manager role is a Product Management and Development role, responsible for performing all required activities associated with the current and potential technical services of Elpedison. The primary services that the Junior Product Manager will manage are PV Net Metering, Heat Pumps, E-Mobility Services, Smart Homes and other energy-related services. These activities indicatively include the preparation of techno-economic offers, vendor management, product design, business-model set-up, contract formulation, service launch, life-cycle management and service evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and process all market information (idea, market analysis, competitive analysis) to identify and build a new service proposal to the Marketing Director and Services Section Manager.
• Manage the service implementation project plan and coordinate the deliverables of internal and external project stakeholders.
• Prepare the techno-economic offer, manage related vendors of associated products, create contracts and terms & conditions.
• Suggest and develop service pricing and sales strategies, commercialization, distribution, and promotion roadmap.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Services portfolio for them to be properly delivered to end customers.
• Provide the Sales teams with associated information, training sessions, and material to promote the related products.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of service legal documentation, communication, and sales materials. Collect and prepare services' commercial reports for the company's management team.
• Monitor and participate in the service delivery process and the lifecycle management (e.g. stock/warehouse management, project management, service improvement).
• Identify service's possible improvements, which include, among others: process optimization, customer satisfaction increase, profitability increase, etc. Updates by creating the implementation action plan and managing improvements/updates' implementation.
• Perform pre-sales activities when needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or other related field.
• An MSc degree would be welcome and an additional degree in Business or Economics is considered a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in product management, service development or implementing technical projects in the energy sector.
• Experience in PV Net Metering, Heat Pumps, the e-mobility sector or other energy services is considered a plus.
• Professional English speaking and writing.
• Solid MS Office Knowledge.
• Very good analytical & synthesis skills.
• Data-driven mentality.
• Good understanding of the energy sector.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
