Joining us as a Sales Manager , you will part of our team and lead our efforts in the Enterprise market. This role is pivotal in in managing and growing our key enterprise accounts across various industries, ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT solutions and consulting services that meet our clients' needs. As a Sales Manager you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in the banking industry (Client Relationship Management).
- Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and secure new business within the banking vertical (Account Growth).
- Understand clients' business challenges and provide strategic IT solutions that deliver value and drive business outcomes (Consultative Selling).
- Lead & orchestrate the entire sales cycle from proposal development to contracting, ensuring a seamless process and successful closure of deals (Sales Management)
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction (Project Oversight).
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients (Market insights).
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company (Revenue Targets).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of account management experience in the IT services or consulting industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts
- Strong understanding of banking industry challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent command of the English language (written & oral)
- Commercial awareness
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
