Novibet is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in our offices in Athens!

Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the Performance Management cycle and assist in analyzing performance reviews data and action items to follow
- Work on the design and implementation of various talent management and development projects and programs in the organization to support the development of Novibet’s employees
- Identify learning needs across different departments and participate in the development of training programs and learning materials
- Evaluate external training opportunities and coordinate with external vendors to develop training courses and programs using various learning methods
- Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and coordinating with trainers and participants
- Monitor the implementation of training programs to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines & assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Review training feedback to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for training materials and methods based on evaluation results
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field
- At least 3 years of Learning & Development experience
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and best practices will be considered a strong asset
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and communications skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Ability to establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with internal & external stakeholders
