Junior IT Support Specialist

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational Retail Chain, is looking for an experience IT Professional to support their Athens' Corporate Offices and their Stores.

Workplace location: Athens' City Centre, close to metro station

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT-related tasks, supporting internal clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting and maintenance, network security, asset management, and working closely with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day interactions with internal clients at the headquarters and store locations.
• Oversee troubleshooting and support activities at the country level, providing expert assistance when needed.
• Respond to escalated help desk issues or divert them to the European Support Teams and/or Service Provider(s).
• Assist in implementing changes and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
• Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of company assets by users.
• Serve as a backup point of contact on all IT-related matters.
• Suggest improvements to IT processes and systems.
• Collaboration with external Helpdesk Partner

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as an IT/Network technician, preferably in the retail industry.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Availability to perform urgent support services outside of business hours/days.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.

Benefits

• Monthly gross salary: 1.100 - 1.400 (depending on skillset & experience)
