ERP Consultant

At Evergrow S.A., we are seeking an ERP Consultant on behalf of Connectline Crete, a subsidiary of Connectline S.A. (part of the ARTION Group).

Connectline Crete was established in 2024 by Connectline S.A. with the aim of enhancing client development by delivering prompt solutions. This involves leveraging Connectline S.A.'s expertise combined with the local team's experience, and offering innovative, state-of-the-art solutions tailored to the unique needs of the business market in Crete.

About the role

As an ERP Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes through the implementation and customization of SoftOne ERP/CRM solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Implementation and Consulting Services : Provides consulting and implemenentation services for SoftOne ERP/CRM projects, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Analysis and Solution Design : Conducts in-depth analysis and designes tailored SoftOne ERP/CRM solutions to meet requirements of medium and large enterprises.
• Customization and Personalization : Tailoring and customizing the SoftOne ERP/CRM system according to the unique business needs, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
• User Training and Support : Delivers comprehensive training to SoftOne ERP/CRM system users to ensure proficiency in usage. Provides ongoing support for any inquiries or challenges the users encounter.
• Client Service and Support : Serving as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and offering guidance to enhance their processes and maximize the benefits of the SoftOne ERP/CRM system.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Math or Physics.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional experience in ERP or CRM applications.
• Proficiency in core technologies and programming languages.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM software requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize needs effectively.
