Atropos Digital is a premium full-stack SEO & CRO agency based in Athens, specializing in technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and conversion optimization for international clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. The company helps businesses grow their organic visibility, traffic, and conversions through data-driven SEO strategies, high-quality content, and performance-focused execution.
We are now looking for a new SEO Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Keyword research to identify keywords with high volume and relevance to each client.
- Execute SEO Audits on the clients’ websites and analyze the results in clear and concise reports.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO optimizations, including headings, meta tags, images, and internal links, as well as more technical elements, like schema markup, redirects, and more.
- Identify potential improvements in existing sites and content, and suggest strategies and action items for improvement.
- Develop and execute off-page strategies like link building and content marketing (e.g. guest posting).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of websites using analytics & SEO tools.
- Continuously learn about the newest developments in SEO.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, content) that can help a website improve in organic rankings.
- A clear understanding of how search engines work, what the ranking factors are for ranking well, and SEO best practices.
- Extensive knowledge & skill in SEO tools, like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent English knowledge (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional communication skills, a team player attitude, and the ability to function well within a team.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems, such as WordPress and Webflow.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
- Basic understanding of programmatic SEO.
