As we expand our global presence in Middle East, Europe, and Africa (EMEA), we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Development Manager to drive our expansion through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the Partner Program, focusing on implementing the partner strategy, monitoring performance, and fostering relationships that align with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new international business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
  • Develop and execute the Partner Program framework, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and support structures.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key partners in EMEA to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for potential clients
  • Handle the day-to-day management of partners, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel management.
  • Previous exposure to international markets across EMEA
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs or strategic alliances.
  • Strong understanding of healthtech, SaaS, or healthcare technology industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and mindset and ability to drive data-informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of imaging software solutions like PACS/RIS a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in additional languages (French, Arabic, or German) to support regional expansion
