As a Digital Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Working across different client partners and verticals (ranging from biggerad spend to smaller sized accounts)
• Building relationships with clients and media owners
• Defining best in class channel approaches, with the right use of data to inform digital optimisation strategies and improve account performance in line with Business Objectives
• Developing Innovation and testing roadmaps with clear timings and expected outcomes
• Ensuring Best-in-class Digital product execution with a particular focus on: Accurate analysis of digital campaigns and their delivery, Planning and forecasting, Test & Learn implementation
• Creating benchmarks across all platforms for Brand and E com campaigns to help inform measurement

In order for your profile to match the Digital Director position you need to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar area.
• ​Excel in project management with an ability to manage several deadlines across multiple stakeholders
• Proficient with strategizing Digital campaigns with different KPIs: e.g. Brand & DR
• Experience using features of Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel and different platforms, UIs and third-party tools
• Expertise across all forms of Social platforms (Facebook, IG,Tik Tok etc) and strategies
• Understanding of the role of Audiences digital and the activation principles through 1st party data, and automated audience segments

• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Proactive, and takes ownership of work
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude & most importantly genuine enthusiasm
• Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

• At least 5 year of experience in a similar role
