Legal Retail Liquidations Officer

Are you ready to make an impact in the finance industry? As a Legal Retail Liquidations Officer, you will report to the Legal Retail Liquidations Supervisor, and you will play a vital role in achieving all back-office operations in order to ensure smooth and effective Portfolio Management.

A day in the life of a Legal Retail Liquidations Officer will include: 

• Monitoring daily the progress of Retail Foreclosures & Auctions Orders;
• Review documents, Filling the necessary paperwork & Calculate Leakages;
• Manage all Lawyers and Third Parties communication to track and follow up;
• Ensure maintenance of all processing of activities and administer responsiveness of alerts to determine foreclosure/auctions timeline management;
• Data Entry of Legal Enforcement Actions taken;
• Check and prepare physical and electronic files.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years professional/related experience in Legal Office/Legal Firm;
• Knowledge of the Legal Enforcement Process and Data Entry systems;
• Advanced Excel/SQL skills will be positively considered;
• Data analysis & Decision Making;
• Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail;
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
