A Payment Solutions Company in Limassol, belonging to a group of very innovative companies with excellent benefits, is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve the dual role of assisting the C-Level personnel as well as managing the office in Limassol. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage executive support functions while overseeing office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communication with discretion and professionalism.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, FU with stakeholders for project timelines and take minutes.
- Assist in planning and executing various projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Prepare, review, and manage documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, and liaise with building management as needed.
- Manage office budgets, including monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees, managing office policies, and maintaining employee records.
- Take ad-hoc tasks as needed from time to time
Job Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in similar role
Previous experience in a corporate multinational setting with offices worldwide is a must
English and Greek at a fluent or native level
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be considered an advantage
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Problem Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions proactively
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Working hours:
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8 hours flexible from 7-9am. And Friday 9am, until 4pm (onsite role)
Job Benefits
The company is offering a salary 2,500 – 3,000 Euros gross (for more experienced candidates) based on skills and experience (12 salaries).
