Business Development Manager

The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, leveraging market trends, and creating innovative strategies to drive our growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's financial goals
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Carry out business meetings with potential clients and identify customer needs
• Cooperate with the Operations Manager to formulate the ideal business solution for the customer
• Produce sales pricing & proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Create and manage proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
• Monitor and report on sales performance against targets to the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven track record of success in a Business Development role within similar industry (at least 10 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working with figures
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbal
• Experience in Marketing will be considered as a plus.
