Corporate Lawyer

On behalf of our client, a well established boutique Law firm, we seek to recruit a Corporate Lawyer.

Main Responsibilities

• Provides legal services in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Drafts and negotiates of various legal documents with a focus on corporate and business law (international commercial contracts, corporate documents, etc.).
• Participates in creating and reviewing contracting activity support tools (contracting policies, playbooks, instructions etc.).
• Legally supports and advices in the area of corporate and commercial law including compliance for corporate clients both Greek and multinational clients.
• Handles business projects from a legal side or in the implementation of best contracting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a distinguished university.
• Master’s degree in Business Law, Finance, and / or Corporate or Commercial Law will be considered an asset.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in the business law field (including experience in drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements) in a law firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in the international business in related fields.
• Experience in supporting business projects from a legal side or in the implementation of best business contracting practices.
• Excellent command of the English language; strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key clients, co-workers and business partners.
• Collaborative and consultative team player with the ability to work independently and within a team including with senior management.
• Strong work ethic and with a great sense of client service orientation.
