Your mission

This position will be part of the Operational Controlling department within Adragos Athens, member of Adragos Pharma; a globally operating pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The Operational Controlling Officer will work closely with the Head of Operational Controlling, assisting in project management, budgeting & quotations, revenue recognition of projects and variance analysis between actual and budgeted data.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Operational Controlling to support project management activities, ensuring projects are completed successfully.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and quotations for various projects, providing accurate financial information.
• Ensure proper recording of project-related activities and adherence to timelines.
• Support revenue recognition tasks, following accounting standards and guidelines.
• Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted data, highlighting discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions. 

Your profile

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Fair understanding of P&L and balance sheet items.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in finance and management reporting.
•  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
