Data Engineer/Analyst

The Data Engineer/Analyst position is full time and permanent. The working model is hybrid (both at office and from home).

As a Data Engineer/Analyst, you will use Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to design and build custom applications that extract, transform and load data from various sources into databases or other data stores. You may also create reports and presentations that visualize data using tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI. Your duties will be the following:

• Developing custom applications using SSIS to perform data integration tasks
• Testing and debugging packages to ensure they function properly before deployment
• Coordinating with technical specialists to determine appropriate data storage mechanisms based on application requirements
• Analyzing data patterns and recommending changes to existing business processes based on the findings
• Writing scripts in languages such as SQL, C#, Java, or Python to automate complex tasks
• Designing and developing data transformation solutions using SSIS components such as Data Flow Task, Data Flow transform tasks, Data Flow containers, Foreach Loop containers, Script components, etc

As a Data Engineer/Analyst, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years experience in Data Engineering
• Working experience in design and development of SSIS packages (Visual Studio - Integration Services), Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) tools
• Team oriented individual with high communication skills, capable to interact with both external and internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, implement and deliver
• Good communication skills with business stakeholder

3+ years experience in Data Engineering
