IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager, your duties will be the following:

• manage assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are properly planned and delivered according to commitments (quality, time, cost and scope).
• manage the process improvement projects assigned to him, with the aim of improving efficiency, service quality and speed
• work closely with all necessary stakeholders and guide all project team members to perform their duties, remove obstacles, support decision making and accelerate delivery
• plan and implement all appropriate change management activities that will ensure the smooth delivery of the project to production
• comply with project management procedures & contribute to their continuous improvement
• update all project parameters (such as project schedule, capacity, budget, risks/issues, meeting minutes) using agreed tools
• support and update the PMO as requested

In order for your profile to match this IT Project Manager position, you need to have the following:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• knowledge of process optimization techniques will be considered an asset
• hands on experience with Agile methodology
• familiarity with MS Project
• degree in IT or relevant field
• fluency in English is essential
