DEMO SA is dynamically entering the Immunology sector while expanding its product portfolio ( TNF inhibitor, biosimilars ) and is looking for talented professionals to build a high-caliber sales team with a special focus in rheumatology.

The primary purpose of this job position is to provide scientific information about Demo’s Immunology products to Health Care Professionals with the goal of driving sales growth. Product Specialist should promote company and product awareness and introduce new pharmaceutical products to Health Care community and/or other Key Stake Holders, according to Demo’s Immunology strategy.

This position will be based in Thessaloniki and will report directly to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings and presentations with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and other Key Stakeholders on account level within the geographical area of their responsibility.
  • Present Key Product characteristics and Scientific data to HCPs to enhance therapeutic value.
  • Establish long term business relationships with KOLs, HCPs and other Key Stakeholders, based on mutual respect and trust.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement the annually tactical call plan upon agreement with his/her Manager and according to Demo’s Immunology Strategy.
  • Report frequently on the implementation and progress of the territorial tactical plan according to Demo’s reporting guidelines.
  • Undertake relevant projects as allocated by the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on products and communicate market intelligence to Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of Life Sciences.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as Product Specialist in the field of biologic agents and in Pharmaceutical Company, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong Knowledge of Biologic agents’ market in Dermatology and/or Gastroenterology, with proven excellent professional and ethical relationships with Dermatologists and/or Gastroenterologists.
  • Master’s degree in related field will be considered an asset.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written ability
