Candidate Profile
- Technically minded, with relevant experience considered an asset.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Professional in appearance and attitude, with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in both Greek and English languages.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office and email platforms.
- Physically fit and capable of handling equipment weighing up to 15kg.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates initiative and honesty.
- Possesses a valid and clean drivers license.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver and install coffee machines at client locations.
- Connect machines to water supplies and ensure they are fully operational.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of machines in the field.
- Perform regular client visits to deep clean and inspect machines.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high performance.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all machines.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
- Provide a high standard of customer service during on-site visits.
