Joining us as an IT Business Analyst , you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile team that designs, deploys, customizes, and supports the development and implementation of large-scale applications or projects related to e-Government, EU Institutions and Enterprise solutions. As an IT Business Analyst, you will:
- Participate and/or lead the workshops with the customer, in order to gather business requirements and perform a fit/gap analysis
- Write of the Project's Deliverables
- Map user requirements to system capabilities
- Participate in configuring, parameterizing, and customizing software modules
- Coordinate with the developers' team for software customizations
- Monitor the implementation of software customizations
- Perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development
- Participate and/or lead the User Acceptance Test (UAT), support activities and act as a point of contact for the Customer's Users
- Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and communicate customer issues to the relevant technical teams
- Degree in Computer Science or a relative discipline
- Experience in IT Consulting, ERP Consulting, Manual or Automation Testing, Software Development
- Analytical thinking personality with problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and strong presentation skills
- Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments
- Fluency in the English language
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience in ERP consulting and implementation
- Experience with Business Process Models and Notation
- Experience with Business Rules Management System
- Experience in UAT
- Experience in software development and databases
