Grecotel Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Yield & Revenue Administrator to join its team. As the leading hotel chain in Greece, Grecotel is dedicated to delivering sophisticated lifestyle experiences for travelers in the country's most beautiful destinations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and executing revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with the Yield & Revenue Manager to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts.
- Monitor and manage room inventory across various distribution channels.
- Assist in managing rates and availability in the property management system.
- Support the Yield & Revenue Manager in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist with the analysis of revenue performance and recommend pricing adjustments as necessary.
- Help monitor and enhance the hotel's online presence on various booking platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to revenue management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a revenue management or hotel operations role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems and software.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
