PeopleCert is looking for a talented Senior Microsoft Dynamics F&O Developer who will be part of our Microsoft Business Applications Development Team and will support our transition to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 HRMS. This role involves overseeing the implementation, ensuring seamless integration, and spearheading subsequent development and training initiatives.

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics F&O Developer, your tasks will include the following:

• Support the migration to Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics 365 HRMS. 
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure effective implementation. 
• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 F&O and HRMS post-implementation. 
• Train and guide team members in Dynamics 365 technologies. 
• Coordinate with various departments to understand Dynamics 365 integration needs.

What we look for:

• Educational Background: University Degree in Informatics Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in ERP Systems | Microsoft Dynamics AX | D365 F&O and HRMS, with relevant certifications to be considered as assets.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired,  LanguageCert C2 LTE or  C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) 
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an effective ability to mentor and coach fellow team members.
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

• A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check

• Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)

• HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)

• Financial background check

• Employment reference check

• If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
