About the Position:
As a Travel Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary contact for customers seeking help with bookings, travel questions, or troubleshooting. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will ensure a smooth experience for travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and document customer inquiries and issues via toll-free phone lines.
- Accurately record customer questions, feedback, and inquiries in the service system.
- Handle complaints according to company procedures, ensuring proper logging.
- Resolve support calls and emails within agreed timeframes, ensuring proper documentation.
- Diagnose issues using open-ended questions, reference materials, and system training.
- Offer solutions and suggestions to address common concerns and frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in travel or call centers.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.
