Σύντομη περιγραφή καθηκόντων: Η θέση υποστηρίζει την ομαλή εκτέλεση των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών και τη συνολική λειτουργική αποτελεσματικότητα του τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
Καθήκοντα:
- Υποστήριξη καθημερινών διοικητικών διαδικασιών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
- Τήρηση και ενημέρωση αρχείων προσωπικού
- Παρακολούθηση και καταγραφή πλάνου εκπαιδεύσεων και πιστοποιήσεων
- Συγκέντρωση δικαιολογητικών προσωπικού (βιογραφικά σημειώματα, πτυχία κ.λπ.) για τη σύνταξη και υποβολή φακέλων διαγωνισμών
- Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών ένταξης νέων εργαζομένων, εκπαίδευσης και πιστοποίησης
- Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση δεδομένων στο σύστημα HRMS
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, τη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο
- Εξοικείωση με τη χρήση συστημάτων HRMS
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών (σε γραπτό & προφορικό λόγο)
