ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of our client, a leading player known for producing and delivering high-quality snacks , is seeking to recruit a dynamic National Account Manager to join its sales team. The position involves managing major clients in the Organized Retail Market of Greece and reports to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with major retail clients
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements that align with company objectives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Work closely and collaborate across various departments and job levels, including marketing, supply chain, accounting and other sales channels
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and market analysis to senior management
• Effectively manage a team of Key Accounts and Sales Professionals

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management in the FMCG/retail sector is essential
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using tools related to market share, profitability, and category management
• Ability to effectively manage team members
• Desire to travel nationally as required
