As a Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute the Marketing strategy and plans to raise awareness and engagement and to drive sales. 
• Implement (online and offline) marketing campaigns / measure and report performance and ROI 
• Manage productive artist relationships
• Manage reporting to management the marketing strategy during the weekly management meetings
• P&L management of projects, with monthly reporting to management
• Monitoring and guiding direct reports, motivating and managing the domestic marketing team to enthusiastically conduct CRM* activity with the artists
• Team building: runs regular meetings to ensure marketing team’s on-line activity (ie 5 minute weekly business briefings on new ideas they’ve read and/or thought about)
• Exclusively markets the company and its brands on all personal social media, acting as ambassador to the company and its brands

In order for your profile to match this Marketing Manager you need to have the following:

• Bachelor or master degree in marketing, business administration.
• Proven experience in marketing
• Strong digital marketing expertise.
• Financial acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinking and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns

• Very good analytical skills
• Multi-tasking and self motivated person
• Flexibility and adaptability

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
