About Us

We are a new e-commerce business specializing in cosmetics and women's hygiene products, dedicated to delivering high-quality products with exceptional customer care. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help us grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and process daily orders accurately and efficiently

• Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, organize storage, and assist with restocking

• Courier & Returns Handling : Communicate with courier partners and manage return processes

• Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance

• Influencer Relations : Prepare and send PR packages to influencers and content creators

• Storage Maintenance : Ensure the workspace and stock are tidy, safe, and organized

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and proactive attitude

• Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., packing, moving boxes)

• Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or retail is a plus
