Actionline is looking for a Sales Force Development Representative on behalf of Vorwerk.

Vorwerk is a globally recognized company known for its innovative products in the home and kitchen appliance sector, including Thermomix® and Kobold. We are excited to officially launch our operations in Greece and are seeking talented Sales Development Representatives to join our team.

The Sales Force Development Representative is responsible for recruiting, onboarding new advisors for Thermomix TM6 and making also Sales of TM6. The Sales Force Development Representative plays a crucial role in the growth and success of Thermomix Hellas and is the role model that brings new salesforce to the company, making sales and inspire the new recruits.

The responsibilities of the Sales Force Development Representative position are the following:

 Sales, advisor recruitment, onboarding, and allocation to Branch:

• Responsible of recruiting new advisors through all possible channels

• Propose and find new ways attracting new recruits through different channels

• Plan, organize and execute plans for recruiting new advisors

• Onboard new advisors (explain systems, product etc.)

• Execute cooking demos, organizing cooking classes
• Newcomers onboarding
• Contribute to sales development by booking and executing product demonstrations
• Attending Team meetings
• Full knowledge of the products of the company
• Lead all activities and acting as company ambassador

You should have the following qualifications for the B2B Sales Representative role:

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in sales and ideally team leadership
• Extravert and open to people
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Motivated, self-driven, and results oriented
• For the position for continental Greece require travelling in Greece on a regular basis
