The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Construction Law Specialist who is eager to specialise in construction law. This role is ideal for those who are early in their career and keen to gain valuable experience in a growing sector. The successful candidate will support our UK team remotely while also providing services to clients based in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, including:
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Valuing and submitting payment applications
- Assessing payment applications and issuing notices
- Issuing contractual notices for cost and time-related events
- Pricing and substantiating variations and loss & expense claims
- Assessing and substantiating extension of time claims
- Negotiating final accounts and managing project correspondence
- Supporting the senior team in formal dispute resolution procedures
- Assisting with accounting and administrative tasks as required
Who We Are Looking For:
We value dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or Law
- A postgraduate degree in Construction Law is advantageous
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience in the industry, preferably in the UK (newly qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply)
- A good working knowledge of the UK Construction Act is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
