Export Sales Manager

Περιγραφή

Trenkwalder for it's client a large trading company in the aluminum and construction industry is seeking:

Export Sales Manager.

The Exports Manager's duties include company's proper representation and sales and events management.

The role is responsible for the optimum promotion of company products abroad, aiming to maximize revenue by increased sales, upscaled company image, and customer satisfaction.

In particular:

  • Manages the movement of products/equipment/materials out of the country, following the policy and organizational procedure, as defined by relevant local, national, and international legislation and procedures
  • Manages the necessary documents and forms in electronic format for the effective, efficient, and legal execution of all export activities
  • Manages the financial and monetary processes and transactions, following the Management Documented Process, and the best cost-effectiveness of activities
  • Communicates for each export with relevant authorities, customers and/or suppliers, in all relevant regions and countries, as required to ensure efficient and effective export
  • Anticipates, and learns about future changes in export laws and related local practices
  • Plans and implements the export strategy and related activities in line with the overall objectives and requirements of the organization
  • Manages/contacts with inventory control, warehousing, and distribution affected by and/or dependent on export activity

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Minimum 3 years’ role experience
  • Very good knowledge of English – French. Knowledge of other languages desirable
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with an innate attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Passionate about sales

Education:

  • University degree, preferably BA/BSc in Management or Marketing
