Field Service Technicians (Frankfurt)

Our client is a multinational technology company with rapid growth, based in the greater area of Frankfurt, Germany. The company is specialized in quality control solutions for packaging manufacturers, food and beverage producers, medical & pharmaceutical companies, daily chemical and printing industries. They are currently looking to add 2 Field Service Technicians to their team, who will be responsible for the service & maintenance of the instruments.

Job Description:

• Repair, maintenance and servicing of machines with electronic and mechanical components
• Perform calibrations and preventive maintenance tasks according to procedures and customer requirements
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Updating and guaranteeing the service database by submitting all the required documentation on a daily basis
• Assisting and collaborating with Scheduling Analysts and the Service Support team as required.

Candidate profile:

• Degree in the Electrical or Automation field (T.E.I./I.E.K.)
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and technical understanding
• Skilled craftsmanship
• Willingness to travel 50% of the working time within Germany and selected European countries
• EDV Basic knowledge
• Category B drivers license
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Τechnical service experience is an asset.
