🔹 Customer Help : Assist with a smile, following company procedures.
🔹 Agreements : Process rental agreements and deliver vehicles safely.
🔹 Payments : Handle transactions accurately.
🔹 Upsell : Inform customers about extra services.
🔹 Records : Keep customer info and transaction records updated.
🔹 Vehicle Checks : Inspect returned vehicles for damage.
🔹 Key Management : Track all vehicle keys and their conditions.
🔹 Contracts : Manage expired agreements.
🔹 Satisfaction : Communicate friendly solutions to customers.
🔹 Admin Work : Handle rental-related admin tasks.
🔹 Tidy Desk : Keep the front desk neat and welcoming.
🔹 Deliveries : Follow procedures for vehicle deliveries.
