Contract: Full Time /seasonal

Your main purpose

• Mission: As an Assistant Bars Manager, you will be the one to ensure that our customers live unforgettable hospitality experiences by getting your people involved.
• Supervision: Coordinate daily bars management operations. Organize and supervise employees' shifts. Assist Bars Manager in developing, motivating, managing, and training team to optimize performance identifying training needs through a regular appraisal system. Liaise with the Bars Manager to deliver a first-class customer experience. Deputize the Bars Manager in his absence.

What will you bring?

• Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
• Relevant experience in a similar position within a bar/restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus
