Site Engineer

Zemco Construction Ltd is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Site Engineer.

• Responsible for daily project execution activities in the site.
• Supervise site activities and report any fault, defect, etc. to the Project Engineer.
• Preparing site progress reports
• Control and coordinate the works of subcontractors and report on their progress to the Project Manager.
• Responsible for daily site material, labour, and equipment requirements. Also, responsible for raising purchase requisition for the above requirements.
• Responsible for Assisting and Implementing Safety procedures in the project as per the company safety policy.
• Supervising and monitoring the site teams and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
• To be aware of and maintain an understanding of the contract documents, appropriate codes, standards, and specifications.

• Should have a Civil Engineering Degree.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
• Must have knowledge of AutoCAD, Planning tools, and all Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to work under pressure and be multitask oriented.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
