Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Proven experience in a management role within the tourism or hospitality industry
• Fluency in Greek and English languages both verbal and written
• Brilliant knowledge of computers (MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to high service standards
• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management

Duties & Responsibilities

• Performing general administrative tasks
• Communicating with customers and providing support
• Visiting and supervising buildings
• Assigning and overseeing general works
• Managing and resolving problems
