Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Proven experience in a management role within the tourism or hospitality industry
- Fluency in Greek and English languages both verbal and written
- Brilliant knowledge of computers (MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to high service standards
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Communicating with customers and providing support
- Visiting and supervising buildings
- Assigning and overseeing general works
- Managing and resolving problems
