Senior Site Engineer

MSKAT Civil Works, a leading construction company specializing in civil works and infrastructure projects, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Site Engineer to join our team. The site refers to a civil infrastructure project in Motor Oil Hellas in Corinth Refineries.

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities on site, ensuring the successful completion of the project within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day construction activities on site, including supervising and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that construction works are carried out in compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor and inspect work progress, quality, and adherence to schedule
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, resolving any technical issues that may arise
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement cost-effective construction methods and strategies
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil works construction, with a focus on site management and supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using construction software and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
