What we are looking for

We are looking to strengthen our team with a talented Social Media/Community Manager to join our creative team and help us take the next step in our communication.

Responsibilities

• Brand content calendar creation and content writing
• Develop content strategies by conducting platform, trend, market, and competitor research
• Manage online communities on Facebook, Instagram, and other applicable social media channels and moderate discussions across all social media platforms.
• Monitor key metrics, generate reports, and optimize social media performance by implementing insights gained from social media analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Produce, modify and distribute inspirational and engaging content for social media platforms, especially for Tik Tok.
• Management of Newsletters and Blogs
• Competition monitoring.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• 2 years of relevant experience in creating and handling content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.).
• Degree in advertising, digital marketing or similar is preferred.
• Experience in social media reporting after gathering and analyzing data and insights.
• Proficient in creative skills and attentive to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Management of META Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Fulfilled military obligations - if applicable.
