Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Advanced Microsoft software skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Fluency in English (Greek is an advantage).
Main duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies.
· Prepare and review financial statements, reports and employees monthly payments.
· Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
· Responsible for managing the ERGANI system and facilitate the hiring process.
· Ensure timely submission of VAT, tax, and social insurance reports.
· Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
· Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external financial consultants.
