As a Business Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain excellent business relations and contacts with area of responsibility retailers to achieve trade marketing objectives.
• Responsible for order placements & distribution in visited universe.
• Manage contracts and commercial agreements and activations.
• Manage retailer environment, in order to maximize cycle brand visibility and awareness.
• Develop and support the vision, business culture and strategy, product roadmap and launches.
• Be consumer centric - Effective communication capabilities with consumers.

The ideal candidate for the position of Business Developer will be expected to possess the following:

• Degree in Business Administration or other related field would be considered a plus
• Basic IT literacy
• English (written and spoken) basic command and Greek native or equivalent
• Continuous improvement capability
• Ability to travel

• Analytical skills and problem solving capability
• Negotiation capability & objection handling
• Teamwork & positive attitude

• At least 1 year of related experience in sales, merchandising, or promotion.
