Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of

SOUS CHEF - MYKONOS
(Code: SCF - MYK)

Responsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and maintain HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities: 

• Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
• Perform recipes by following accurately Chef’s guidelines
• Cook food in a timely manner & ensure high aesthetic plate presentation
• Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate and control
• Organizes and supervises food preparation in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Ensure excellent response to guests needs
• Attention to detail and quality of foods

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 5 years in a Luxury Hotel or high standards Restaurant
• Modern & Creative presentation skills
• Understanding of kitchen Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to improve and maintain F&B Quality Standards
• Self-motivated, result driven with proactive attitude
• Work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop kitchen team to ensure goals accomplishment
• Maintains kitchen HACCP procedures
• EFET Certificate
