We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate who will be instrumental in driving our organization's talent strategy to support our growth and long-term objectives. In this critical role, you will leverage your deep expertise in recruitment and talent management to attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent across mid-level & senior positions. Your strategic approach and exceptional relationship-building skills will be vital in ensuring that we continue to meet our ambitious business objectives.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate your tasks will include the following:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to all levels of positions, aligning with the organization's long-term goals.
- Utilize a variety of talent sourcing methodologies, including executive search techniques, industry networking, direct headhunting, and leveraging business and social networks.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of candidates’ leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and potential to drive organizational success through rigorous interviewing and evaluation processes.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and ensure alignment in candidate selection, while providing expert guidance on market trends and talent availability.
- Proactively build and nurture a network of high-caliber candidates to create a robust pipeline for current and future executive opportunities.
- Lead offer negotiations with candidates, ensuring a balance between candidate expectations and organizational objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s employer brand within the executive talent market, promoting our organization as an employer of choice.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or an equivalent qualification will be considered as an extra asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on mid & senior level positions recruitment.
- Profound understanding of executive search methodologies, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and C-suite-level candidate engagement.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with confidence and strategic insight.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
- Excellent command of English is required (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
