The Rental Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of all rented properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and efficient operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all rental properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and lease administration.
Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Lease Management: Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, preparing lease agreements, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and comply with safety and health regulations.
Financial Management: Monitor rental income, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to ensure profitability and financial health of the rental portfolio.
Compliance: Ensure all rental properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and maintenance activities to senior management.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing rental properties.

Languages: English, Russian
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal rental regulations.
