Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support in Icelandic
• Assist customers with various tasks and provide accurate information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service roles is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Valid EU passport or ID
