We are looking for customer service representatives. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.

Our ideal candidate

• Experience in Customer
• Service preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
• Soft Skills advanced Active Listening and Engagement
• Understand basic technical support
• Ability to walk customers through basic troubleshooting steps

Required skills

• Fluent in Norwegian
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
