We are looking for an Administrative Secretary .

Our client is a News Website with a high position and reputation within the Greek market.

The Administrative Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the general manager and ensure the smooth operation of the office. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative activities, including answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for mangement.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal communication between departments, executives, and external partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and reports for management meetings.
  • Provide administrative support in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
  • Monitor office operations and ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and efficient.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of p roven experience as an Administrative Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Diploma or equivalent in general studies; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organised, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
